Summary / Abstract (Note)The article presents the debates and discussions that took place at the annual academic conference of political science scholars from Russia, India, and China. The traditional theme linking these conferences is analyzing the possibilities for developing and improving trilateral cooperation among the three largest countries in Eurasia. In the context of developing cooperation worldwide, the forum's participants examined the current stage of relations between the three countries and concluded that the RIC format contains many incentives for comprehensive collaboration and made a number of proposals for the further advancement of trilateral ties.
