The Treaty on the Establishment of a Union State of Belarus and Russia signed in December 1999 was a manifestation of the will of the people and political leadership of our countries to live in a single state. This document became the legitimate basis for all-encompassing integration regarding the economic and social spheres, culture, and education, as well as the sphere of security and protection of the interests of our countries on the international arena. |
