Summary / Abstract (Note)The Chicago summit in the May 2012 has raised high expectation for a reinforced relation between NATO and industry. The reason is clear: NATO has to adapt to a fast changing strategic and Economic context. By demonstrating its innovation and creativity for better solutions, industry can add tremendous value. Its an essential condition for delivering the needed capabilities. NATO Secretary General Rasmussen underlined this idea with the Connected Forces Indicatives (CFI). It is call for us to work together in a truly connected way through expended education and training, increase coalition exercises and the better use of technology, which offers a key means to facilitated the ability of forces to work together.
