Summary / Abstract (Note) | The universalization of human rights is a political fact. Being a human being one is entitled to have basic rights. Human rights being eternal part of the nature of human beings are essential for individuals to develop their personality, their human qualities, their intelligence, talent and conscience and to enable them to satisfy their spiritual and other higher needs. All human rights derive from the dignity and worth inherent in the human person and that the human person is the central subject of Human Rights and fundamental freedom. The concept of human rights is a crystallization of values that are the common heritage of mankind. |
