After this attack, the US along with the international security assistance force has taken the charge of establishment of peace and stability in the country. Different countries have been providing their assistance for the reconstruction programme in Afghanistan and establishment of peace, security and stability and are cooperating for eradication of terrorism and Islamic extremism. But the international security assistance force will leave Afghanistan in 2014 and Afghan's National Army will take the responsibility of establishment of peace in the country.
