Summary / Abstract (Note)The article offers information regarding the mid and long term program for the reform and development of education in Xinjiang, China. According to the Autonomous Region Education Department, over the next ten years, the autonomous region's kindergartens will develop the direction of inclusiveness and public beneficence, popularizing preschool education will be accelerated, and a system consisting of government guidance on public operation will be implemented.
