Summary / Abstract (Note) | Eurasia is attracting more attention around the world than ever before. The leading powers are offering a variety of different Eurasian integration projects, among which special mention should be made of Russia’s Eurasian Economic Union and China’s Silk Road Economic Belt. Although they cover a large geographical area and are similar in many ways, these projects do not compete with each other since China and Russia have come to an agreement. Both countries are showing a certain willingness to cooperate, which has positive prospects.
