| Summary / Abstract (Note) | The aim of this paper is to demonstrate that the People’s Republic of China's game plan has the potential to seriously threaten the future security and territorial integrity of the Republic of India and the region. The paper presents an argument that Beijing is following a covert policy of delaying the resolution of the border dispute and playing a psychological game with the policymakers in New Delhi. The paper also aims to alert the strategic establishment to take notice of the dangers of falling into the Chinese trap of economic allurement to divert India’s border dispute resolution obsession. |
