Summary / Abstract (Note)To be noted that the United States of America is the only responsible for what is happening in West Asia today. The blunder mistake of the United States of America was to topple Saddam Hussein of Iraq from power. He was a strong leader of Iraq since 1979 and there was no question of the rising power of Shi’a Crescent in the region. There was a balance of power between Iraq and Iran. But the decline of the Saddam Hussein was a great opportunity for Iran to reach out to the predominantly Shi’a communities in the regional states of West Asia.
