Summary / Abstract (Note) | In a fast changing VUCA (Volatile-Uncertain- Complex-Ambiguous) world, international relationships remain in a state of flux. As such the changes in the global order determine foreign policies that are more a tool of strategic and economic interests rather than anything else. Thus religion which is a more stable concept may not play a determining role in formulation of foreign policy. A foreign policy is some kind of a vision document that helps a country find its place in the comity of nations. |
