Title ProperIndia-Iran Relationsand the US Influence in West Asia
LanguageENG
AuthorRaghib, Syed Mohammad
Summary / Abstract (Note)India-Iran relations became stronger due to the Chabahar agreement and the goods movement making the economy stronger despite the regional and international hurdles. India and Iran are also committed to further cooperation in other sectors where the two countries can work together. In the last two years, the US government reversed the Obama administration’s decision, and now Trump has retreated from the Nuclear agreement, disturbing the whole region. The Chinese investment in rail projects and Iran dropping India from the Chabahar rail project is a issue being looked into by New Delhi, which is now a good sign for reliable bilateral relations. India-Iran relations are very strong and working perfectly despite all ups and downs in the regional and political orders.
