| Summary / Abstract (Note) | G20 presidency is the litmus test of India’s international personality and clout. It has given an unprecedented opportunity to establish its credibility in tackling the fragmented global order. It has been made obvious, right in the beginning that G20 is not the forum to resolve security issues. It has largely been evolved into a leading platform for economic cooperation. However, as stated above this also is the stark reality that G20 cannot move forward in the direction of achieving its objectives if security issues are not addressed on the platform. |
