Summary / Abstract (Note) | TODAY, the world order is changing so rapidly that the institutions associated with international politics do not have time to adequately respond to this, nor fully comprehend it. A timid theory emerged in Russia that international law is something solid and stable, something that considers the interests of all parties, while the theory of "rules," promoted by the collective West and North American elites, and the rules-based order established on them is some kind of trick aimed at consolidating hegemony. This begs for a more in-depth analysis. |
