Summary/Abstract
The authors give their reasons for replacing the concept of "a single information environment" with the term "a single information and communication environment" and put substance into it. They set out ways to improve the efficiency of troops control and look at possible changes that can be caused in the content and character of armed struggle by introduction of an all-purpose automated troops control system.
