The Russian defence ministry will soon receive a new command center aircraft that can be used in the event of a global military conflict or nuclear war. Nicknamed ‘Judgment Day,’ this third-generation command center aircraft is a modified version of the Ilyushin Il-96-400 airliner and is assembled at the Voronezh Aircraft Manufacturing Company.
