Summary/Abstract |
Developing economies in particular face a number of important challenges in their efforts to move quickly to a low-carbon economic growth path. World Economic Forum 2016 vociferously voices forth that global hunger, poverty, inequality, food insecurity, and climate change etc. are some of the important economic, social and ecological challenges before them, with no satisfactory solutions in sight. COVID -19 Pandemic that engendered most of the developing countries (DCs) has added another dimensions to these challenges.
