Title ProperHow to help Poor Countries
LanguageENG
AuthorBirdsall, Nancy ;  Rodrik, Dani ;  Subramanian, Arvind
PublicationJul-Aug 2005.
Summary / Abstract (Note)Increasing aid and market access for poor countries makes sense but will not do that much good.
