This grand program of reform and opening -up in China unprecedented in the Chinese history, brought historic changes to china's relations with the rest of the world and led China's diplomacy into a brand -new historical period. Over the past 30 years, under the strong leadership of the CPC central committee and in keeping with the trend of the times, we have worked hard in a pioneering spirit to make full use of opportunities and overcome difficulties. |
