All decisions related to organising, equipping and training the Armed Forces fall under the responsibility of the Supreme defence Council.The Council is headed by the President and also includes the Deputy President , the Prime Minister, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Defence, Finance and Interior, as well as the Deputy Supreme Commander and the Chief of Staff. |
