| Summary / Abstract (Note) | Future of our planet depends upon the development of Asia. Russia is a keystone in forging a relationship between the European civilisation and Asian development. Although prospects of development in Asia are not good, the potential for growth is there despite 60 to 70 per cent of it's population being extremely poor and lacking in technological skills. Therefore, what is required is a long term global perspective for the development of solutions of Asia's problem. |
