Summary / Abstract (Note) | India's western border has occupied most of its attention and resources. But the security threats now coming from its eastern border are no less serious. In fact, extra attention to the western border has made countries like Pakistan and their notorious intelligence agencies, such as the inter-service intelligence (ISI) of Pakistan, change their tactics and use the less monitorred eastern border to create trouble. |
