Summary / Abstract (Note)TODAY, THE EVER GROWING NUMBER of issues previously within domestic jurisdiction is discussed by the international community or even falls within the sphere of joint national/international jurisdiction. On some of the key issues (international security, human rights, ecology, etc.) the non-interference principle, transparency of national policies and cooperation with the world and regional institutions within international law can no longer be separated.
