Summary / Abstract (Note) | MANY TIMES during the presidential campaign in the United States it was said that foreign policy and the relations with Russia were not the candidates' primary concerns. Is this true? In a tight election race even minor nuances and barely detectable variants of political interpretations are important. In America which is part of the globalized world foreign policy is merely another hypostasis of world economics which should not be treated lightly. |
