Title ProperWhat next in Zimbabwe? some reflections
LanguageENG
AuthorMbanga, Wilf
Publication2012.
Summary / Abstract (Note)Zimbabwe today is characterised mainly by two things: polarisation and fear. Nobody trusts anybody. A few people, mostly politicians and the top brass in the armed forces, are fabulously wealthy while the majority are dirt poor.
There is endemic corruption in every sector. The Attorney General said recently the police were so badly paid nobody should be surprised if they helped themselves to a bit on the side.
