Summary / Abstract (Note)The political changes occurring since the end of the Cold War have led to a rethinking of the structures and procedures of national intelligence systems. At the same time, business, non-profit, and governmental organizations in general have become aware of the need to manage relationships with their stakeholders if they want to succeed in accomplishing their missions.
