Summary / Abstract (Note) | The article compares legislative drafts of People's Republic of China (PRC) concerning foreign-related civil relations enshrined in various articles of the Chinese law. As per the article 1, one or more parties in case of civil relations must be foreigners. The article 13 states that the law of habitual residence may be applied if natural person's original residence is unknown. It also refers to the law of Lexi fori which as per the article 37, resolves legal disputes of two affected parties. |
