Summary / Abstract (Note)The level of development of women's entrepreneurship is an eloquent indicator of the level of business development in Kazakhstan. Currently, women's contribution to GDP in Kazakhstan is 40 percent and the share of SMEs run by women is 41 percent. According to the Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan , the proportion of small and medium business in the country's GDP is 17.8 percent. It is expected that by 2020.
