Summary / Abstract (Note)Military forces train in constructive, virtual and live simulation. If they expect to be ready at a moment's notice, they need to train contin-ually. The complex skills required of military staffs at battalion level and above require constant prac-tice and require that warfighters and battle staffs "train as they fight" in high-fidelity, realistic and challenging exercises.
