Summary / Abstract (Note)A resented the United Service Institution of India (USI) at the ' _international Conference on the Security and Cooperation in ia-Pacific Region", organised by China Institute of international Strategic Studies (CIISS) at Beijing from 27 to 28 14. From south Asia, besides this writer, Dr Maria Sultan, Director General .South Asian Strategic Stability Institute, Islamabad (Pakistan), are scented papers and formed part of the select panel
