Summary / Abstract (Note) | Close and cordial political relations between India and Russia have sustained strategic partnership. Both the countries actively participate in regional organizations such as SCO, BRICS on issues of security, terrorism and economic cooperation. Russia’s ‘Look East’ policy has enabled China to overtake India in regional architecture. In changing global context, national interest plays dominant role in foreign policy calculations. |
