Summary / Abstract (Note)However, India maintains a substantial economic presence in the GCC and will continue to hold a significant political presence in the future. The new geo-economic realities also provide the platform to synergize complementarities into multi-pronged stable relations. Moreover, the relationship between India and the GCC has been in focus in the evolving interdependence on energy economy dynamics in the aftermath of the September 2001 attacks.
