They have been challenged by the global non state actors and dispersed fanatical terrorist networks that have capacity to wage war internationally. It poses a real threat to the very survival of humanity and is set to deprive humankind of its most highly prized treasure of peace, security and understanding among nations which are the key underpinnings of sustainable progress. |
