Summary / Abstract (Note)Seven decades have been passed, since the creation of a new homeland for Indian Muslims, namely Pakistan. These decades have experienced three constitutions and a series of unstable Government in Pakistan. The nation building process is still far from satisfactory level. Between 1947 to 2012, not even once did an elected government complete its tenure and peacefully transfer of power to another elected government.
