| Summary / Abstract (Note) | IN RUSSIA, there are 84 million users of the Internet. According to recent surveys by the Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM), nearly half the citizens of Russia believe that their life wouldn't be any different if they didn't use the Internet at all. One wonders if these feelings are the result of wide-scale information about global cyber threats and about violations of the rights of consumers. |
