| Summary / Abstract (Note) | Several questions were raised in the aftermath of two surgical strikes, even though it amounts to changing nature of Indian response to terrorism. Most important being its objectives and whether those objectives have been achieved or not. The responses that are expected from Indian leadership, is not a strike here and a strike there to dismantle terrorist camps or launching pads, but a response that would lead to a permanent solution to the menace. |
