Summary / Abstract (Note)THE DYNAMISM of the modern world, the growing interdependence of its subjects, and the rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICT) contribute to a significant intensification of interstate dialogue, as well as the emergence of new forms and methods of influencing international audiences. In these conditions, the role diplomatic agencies play in providing information support of foreign policy activity (ISFPA) and how they do so is changing.
