Summary / Abstract (Note)World is divided into unequal States in terms of size, resources and level of development which create complexities in their relationship. Though all the States have sovereignty to exercise equal rights, their positioning makes them unequal. It has strong bearing on inter-state relations and determines the foreign policy making exercise in each State. Foreign Policy, therefore, derives from Country’s efforts to best represent its national interest in the World.
