Title ProperEconomic Development As a tool of Economic Change: An Analytical Study
LanguageENG
AuthorChakrabarty, Manas
Summary / Abstract (Note)Let us start from a mundane level. First let us see what we mean by the term change. The concept of ‘change ‘denotes a difference in anything observable over a specific period of time. It may also mean the process of being different in any sense (Chakrabarty, 1978). On the other hand, economic change refers to a shift in the structure of an economic system. This change results in changes in societies, cultures and everyday life on a global or national basis. Economic development is a mechanism which greatly helps to accelerate the process of economic change in the country.
