| Summary / Abstract (Note) | This paper looks at issues of rationally managing the development of the weapon systems in electronic warfare (EW), including the tasks of making a system of control over the complete life cycle of EW equipment and methodological support of hardware items at the initial stages of the life cycle, R&D. It shows that to optimize the costs of the item's life cycle it is necessary to take into account not only its performance characteristics, but also its constructive and operational indices. |
