Summary / Abstract (Note)On November 15, 2020, ASEAN and China, Japan, Republic of Korea (ROK), Australia and New Zealand, a total of 15 countries, signed the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Agreement, which not only marks a new stage of regional economic integration in Asia, but also creates a new platform for deepening cooperation and building a community with a shared future between China and ASEAN in the post-COVID era.
