Summary / Abstract (Note)Every sovereign country fancy to have independent foreign policy inclined to none. But the fact is that it inclines to one or the other great powers such as USA, Russia or China. Making of foreign policy for a country like India is not a simple task because of diversities. It is either influenced by culture, religion or regional aspirations or the requirement of economic gains. Absorption of labour force is another big problem for India and thus its policy with a country must take into consideration these facts.
