Summary / Abstract (Note) | Diplomacy has been one of the finest instrument to achieve the goals of foreign policy of a country . Traditionally, sovereign state actors have used this tool in an exclusive way in order to protect national interests. Subsequently, the day came when Chief architects of national interests of a country felt that preserving national interests , ensuring national security , protecting territorial integrity and sovereignty of the country and economic growth and development is neither an exclusive right nor exclusive amenibility of a specific entity engaged in effective execution of foreign policy . |
