Subsequently, the day came when Chief architects of national interests of a country felt that preserving national interests , ensuring national security , protecting territorial integrity and sovereignty of the country and economic growth and development is neither an exclusive right nor exclusive amenibility of a specific entity engaged in effective execution of foreign policy . |
