At this new stage of the restructuring of the world order, initiated by powerful interests that include representatives of the world's financial, economic, information, and political elites, Russia has once again found itself at the center of global contradictions, as it has the largest reserves of natural resources, vast territory, and significant environmental, intellectual, strategic military, communication, and other capabilities. |
