Summary / Abstract (Note)THE SCHOLARLY value of the historical-biographical reference book The Last Diplomats of the Russian Empire: 1900-1917, prepared by career diplomat minister counselor second class Yury Ivanov and sociologist Yelena Ivanova* cannot be overestimated.
