| Summary / Abstract (Note) | This paper tries to examine the state & nation- building process in the present context of Central Asia. The problems encountered by various ‘states’ due to ongoing ethnic conflicts is the major focus. This has led to not only problems of gover nance in many fronts but also continuous economic crisis. It has resulted in continuous migration of people from one country to another in search of ‘bread & butter’ and ‘security & livelihood’. |
