The advantage of these investments is to reduce the economic shocks associated with extreme weather events in South Asian region. However, little effort has been created by the South Asian countries to understand the assorted effects of climate changes in annual average weather. These effects would be substantial, given the implications of climate for agricultural productivity, health, migration, and various factors. Addressing this knowledge gap is incredibly vital.
