Summary / Abstract (Note)THE concept of "analytics," which has recently become fashionable, has appeared in the Russian active sociopolitical, scientific, and cultural lexicon relatively recently. Analytics is actually a combination of analysis, synthesis, generalization, and prediction, and acts as a link between data evaluation and decision-making.1 It is a creative intellectual activity of extracting new relevant knowledge from the totality of collected information2 and can be considered a special type of such activity aimed at preparing and making decisions.3
