This article examines the tasks (measures) of radiation, chemical, and biological protection (RCB) carried out by the RCB troops of the RF Armed Forces under current conditions amid mounting challenges and threats to RF RCB security. It justifies the need to improve RCB protection as a type of combat (operational) support considering the practice of carrying out RCB tasks (measures) under today's conditions and in the future.
