Summary/Abstract The world has witnessed many changes since the era of colonialism ended. Although most of the countries from Latin America, Asia and Africa achieved independence after the end of second world war, it was clearly observed how the global politics and international institutions remained biased towards the newly independent countries and were run by the powerful nations. This created a major rift in the world as it was divided into global north and south.
