What if the British vote no? / Grant, Charles May-Jun 2005  Journal Article
Grant, Charles Journal Article
0 Rating(s) & 0 Review(s)
Publication May-Jun 2005.
Summary/Abstract If ratified, the new EU constitution will change the way the union works. Still, a rejection there would throw Europe into a constitutional crisis. And it could ultimately harm transatlantic relations as well.
